Fit and nutritious chia pudding

Fit and nutritious chia pudding contains only 264 calories per portion. Easy and fast to prepare. Perfect as a snack, when you need a quick energy boost or as a dessert, when you crave for sweets.

 Chia pudding is a great alternative for unhealthy, processed food. It is a reach source of B vitamins, thiamine, niacin and dietary minerals like calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, and zinc. High intake of fibre that this pudding contains, will keep you sated for a long time.

 Eaten regularly might improve your cholesterol and blood sugar levels and can assist in preventing some diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and bowel cancer.


  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ teaspoon of honey
  • 1 handful of raspberries

You can add your favourite fruits on top. Bear in mind it will increase the caloric density of the meal.

Chia pudding preparation:

Mix chia seeds, milk and honey in a small jar. Put the ingredients into the fridge for a few hours so that the dessert stiffened. On top put the raspberries and other fruits of your choice.
