DIET AND NUTRITION
Diet and nutrition has a huge impact on our health and body appearance. Unfortunately, only a small part of the population is aware of the diet importance. It does not matter, whether we want to lose weight or gain muscle mass, in both cases without an adequate amount of calories and nutrients, we will not achieve our goals.
Diet plan
Each diet plan is adjusted individually to clients’ preferences and eating habits. It has to be tasty, healthy, practical and easy to maintain, because the only diet, that is worth something, is the diet we are able to stick to. That is why we will treat the diet as a lifestyle and a step to healthy body and well-being.

Online coaching is designed for people wishing to work with me without having to meet me live. It is ideal for busy people and those living outside London.

If you use the services of other gym than those listed below the entrance fee for Personal Trainer is borne by the customer.
